Ahmed Mohidin is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant. As the audit practice leader at GKM, Ahmed is responsible for the firm’s compliance with its system of quality control for the assurance practice. His extensive experience of over 30 years includes providing assurance services to publicly held companies in the technology, communications, software, manufacturing, real estate, defense, construction, financial services, oil and gas, mining, and agricultural industries.
Ahmed advises our clients on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, 10-K and 10-Q filings, and compliance with SEC regulations.
Ahmed has experience in integrated audits of public companies in accordance with auditing standard No. 5, section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and SEC rules.
Ahmed is registered as a peer reviewer with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts as well as the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

David Goldman is the managing partner of GKM and is responsible for the daily operations of the practice. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in business advisory, taxation, and auditing services of both privately held and publicly held companies. In addition, his areas of concentration include SEC auditing, purchase and sale of businesses, and income tax planning.
David is a lead partner to domestic and international audit and assurance engagements, primarily in China, and has provided audit and related services for public and private companies in a broad range of industries including technology, entertainment, manufacturing, medical professionals, construction and wholesale.
David has experience in SEC services, including periodic review and reporting, client and audit committee advisory, preparation of financials for public offerings, and internal controls and compliance assessment of both private and public companies.
David received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from California State University Northridge. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dimitry Kurland is a partner at GKM with more than 15 years experience in public accounting. His interactive professional style and diverse background allows him to offer a full range of services to clients in a variety of industries.
Dimitry’s expertise includes research, planning and tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. In addition, he has extensive experience in the area of multi-state corporate taxation. His research and planning abilities helps minimize tax liability while in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Dimitry is a lead partner to audit engagements, including, oil and gas, manufacturing, and real estate industries. His fluency in Russian has helped GKM form tight relationships with audit clients based in Russia and ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
Dimitry graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and is a member of the Association of Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
